Pricing of SmartFolders

Pricing depends on the industry/ sector you are in, the volume of operations, number of electronic and paper-based documents, number of users and customization required.

However, the pricing model is as follows:

There is a one-time deployment cost, which covers one-off license fees. The services included in this are:

  • Understanding the business
  • Deploying software
  • Making folder structure
  • Creating metadata
  • Suggestions for improvements in business processes
  • Imparting training (maximum 5 users).

There is a monthly subscription payable in advance, against which technical support is provided during business hours. Troubleshooting can be done via Team Viewer / Any Desk. A personal visit can also be arranged depending upon the location, if the problem is not resolved remotely.

The following services are charged separately:

  • Post-deployment training
  • Upgradations for new features and versions
  • Storage capacity enhancement
