SmartFolders will be deployed depending upon the type of system you have selected. We have two variants of this system:
Local Server/ On-site version is developed to integrate and sync with an organization’s pre-existing, on-site IT infrastructure managed by the internal IT department of an organization. Whereas, Online/ Cloud-based version does not require the same level of planning at the implementation level.

The deployment team will train users and equip them with the capability to run and manage SmartFolders. All features/ functions are taught to users through hands-on training, which is a way of teaching people by letting them actively apply their knowledge in real-world situations. In other words, learning by doing.

Training will be given to five users as part of the deployment package. Training sessions for additional users will be charged.
