SmartFolders will be deployed depending upon the type of system you have selected. We have two variants of this system:

• Local Server/ On-site DMS
• Online/ Cloud DMS

Local Server/ On-site version is developed to integrate and sync with an organization’s pre-existing, on-site IT infrastructure managed by the internal IT department of an organization. Whereas, Online/ Cloud-based version does not require the same level of planning at the implementation level.

Our Online / Cloud-based version is perhaps the most unique and secure system available in the entire spectrum of document management systems. It is most effective in terms of reducing the operating expenditures of an organization. Our team is capable to deploy it remotely regardless of the location of your business. All you need is an internet connection and we will deploy it for you to store, manage and scrutinize your important documents.

To use our software at its full potential, training is the first step. SmartFolders is designed to provide the best user-friendly environment to users. The deployment team will train users and equip them with the capability to run and manage SmartFolders. All features/ functions are taught to users through hands-on training, which is a way of teaching people by letting them actively apply their knowledge in real-world situations. In other words, learning by doing.

Simple tutorials are also available on our website that will suffice your need of understanding the software.

Training will be given to five users as part of the deployment package. Training sessions for additional users will be charged.
